Our Code of Ethics

- We do not share client information with any other party except as provided by law or expressly permitted by you.
- We will agree with you in advance and in writing on the fee for our service.
- In quoting project fees, we will disclose any opportunity for us to receive incentive payments or “commissions” from vendors and partners that we recommend.
- We will not accept work that we are not qualified to perform.
- We will not allow conflicts of interest in which one client may benefit from our knowledge of a direct competitor’s confidential information unless the competitor provides express permission for the conflict to occur.
